Specifically, we are looking for an LDAR Project Engineer to join the Company.
Mission
Ensure compliance with the objectives established for the assigned projects, assessing associated risks and opportunities. Plan and execute the assigned project tasks, both technical and administrative, ensuring compliance with current legislation and Reganosa Group policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the different phases of LDAR projects, advising clients on management, execution, supervision, and coordination throughout all stages, as well as conducting the necessary studies included in the project.
- Prepare information for the execution of various projects, using available systems and management tools to compile all necessary documentation for proper project development.
- Ensure the availability of resources required to meet project requirements.
- Promote continuity of ongoing services by seeking opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Responsible for studying feasibility, preparing and proposing planning and budgeting for assigned projects, and monitoring them to ensure compliance with technical and economic objectives, taking necessary measures in case of deviations.
- Define and implement new technologies and analyze the state of the art of projects, in collaboration with the project manager and the development area.
- Deploy Reganosa’s policies and objectives as well as the Company’s Strategic Plan within their scope of activity.
- Ensure their own safety and health, as well as that of those around them, by properly using work equipment, assuming the assigned role in emergency plans, and immediately reporting any risk situation to their superiors.
Education
- Higher Engineering degree.
- Project Management certification is valued.
- Certification in measurement method 21/EN 15446:2008.
Certifications, Knowledge, and Experience
- More than 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Knowledge in environmental management and/or experience in LDAR techniques is valued.
- Knowledge of Project Control (planning and economic control).
- Technical knowledge to understand Material and Energy Balances, P&ID, PFDs, equipment and line lists, etc.
- Knowledge of systems:
1. ERP, preferably SAP
2. Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and MS Project or similar
3. Process simulators
Languages
- High level of English (C1-C2).
