RESPONSABLE DE SEGURIDAD, SALUD, MEDIOAMBIENTE Y CALIDAD

Specifically, we are looking for a HSEQ Manager who wants to join the Company.
TARGET
To establish policies in the areas of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and to direct the pertinent actions to ensure their dissemination and application, ensuring compliance with current legislation and the security of access and surveillance of the Company's facilities.
FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for the correct application of Safety, Health and Environmental measures. To guarantee the certification of the standards they apply, of those already in force, and to obtain the certification of new standards.
- Defining, controlling and directing the quality management system, using the instruments made available to them by the system.
- Direct and, where appropriate, carry out integrated audits and supervise the performance of inspections and security control at the terminal.
- To control accidents and accidents, to draw up the corresponding reports and to take the appropriate measures in order to achieve the objectives established in the Health and Safety Policy.
- Make arrangements with the External Prevention Service to ensure the Health and Safety of workers; define the criteria for carrying out the risk assessment at the terminal and the corrective measures.
- To ensure the training and information of the terminal personnel on the Environmental Management System and on the risks established in the assessment and in the Self-protection Plan.
- Monitor compliance with the Environmental Monitoring Programme and the Environmental Impact Statement and ensure compliance with current environmental legislation.
- Carry out the correct management of hazardous waste. Preparation and presentation to the competent Authorities of the residue reports required by the Authorisations of the terminal.
- Maintain updated procedures regarding Safety, Risk Prevention, Environment and Quality.
- Carry out the actions and tasks entrusted in the Emergency Plans.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent desirable, and/or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, specialising in Industrial Safety, and desirable in industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied psychosociology.
- Desirable experience in the oil and gas industry, developing similar activities.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be valued.
- Being able to follow and demonstrate high safety and professional standards.
- Other competences such as positive and flexible attitude, ability to work under pressure.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- NEBOSH desiderable
- Proficient in English (C1-C2)
- Spanish desiderable
KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of LNG operations, including transfers, Ship-to-Ship operations, and the regasification process.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of work permit systems, confined spaces, work at height, etc.
- Basic knowledge of explosive atmospheres.
