Specifically, we are looking for an HR Officer who wants to join the company.

MISSION:

 

To collaborate in the implementation and application of all procedures and processes related to the area of Talent Management, including, but not limited to, performance management, selection, and development, as well as to implement, supervise and update personnel administration policies in accordance with the country's labor legislation. All this in accordance with the standards and criteria set by the Group's parent company.

 

FUNCTIONS:

 

  • Managing the recruitment and selection processes of the Company ensuring the quality of the hirings, within the appropriate deadlines and the best candidate experience.
  • Coordinating with the different areas the training and development plans, providing support to cover the needs of the business in terms of people training.
  • Implementation of Talent Management procedures related to personnel administration.
  • Managing the evaluation and performance management processes, ensuring their execution in a timely manner.
  • Managing the personnel administration processes and the process of calculation, accounting, payroll and social security and tax management.
  • Ensuring compliance with current legislation on Labor Relations, proposing changes that contribute to the optimization and improvements in the field of working conditions.
  • Interlocutor of the company with the workers, resolving conflicts that may arise in relation to the interpretation of the reference agreements that may exist.
  • Liaising with official bodies in their area.
  • Ensuring that personnel files are kept up to date.
  • Providing support to the head office in the processes related to Talent Management for which it is required.

EDUCATION:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, or;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, or;
  • Degree in Business Administration and Management 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing Human Resources processes in accordance with the country's labor legislation.
  • Fluent English (C1-C2).
  • Knowledge of Spanish language will be valued.
  • Teamwork, planning & organization skills, and goal orientation will be valued among other competencies.
