Project Engineer

At Reganosa we are immersed in an exciting and challenging moment of transformation and expansion that requires the incorporation of talented people.
Specifically, we are looking for a “Project Engineer” who wants to join the company.

Mission
Ensures compliance with the objectives established in the assigned projects, identifying risks and opportunities and communicating them to the Project Manager. Plans and executes the assigned project tasks, both technical and administrative while complying with current legislation and the policies of the Reganosa Group. 

Functions

• Executes the different plans, projects and studies identified and approved for execution and assigned by the corresponding Project Manager, advising clients in the management, execution, supervision and coordination of the project in all its phases as well as in carrying out the necessary studies included in the project. Proposes project development strategies. Selects and proposes for approval of engineering and construction contractors.
• Prepares technical and administrative documentation for the execution of the different projects as may be required to get applicable permits and authorization, using the available systems and management means.
• Promotes the continuity of the ongoing services by means of searching new opportunities and and guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction of the existing clients.
• Analyses the feasibility of the assigned projects by preparing and proposing the project schedule and the budget,all in compliance with the technical, quality and economical goals. Proposes and executes as applicable corrective measures in case of deviations from the proposed targets.
• Collaborates with the Project Managers and Business Development Department in the definition and implementation of new technologies and methods for project exeuction, promoting the projects developed by the Company are aligned with the state of the art of the industry.
• Deploys Reganosa's policies and objectives, as well as the Company's Strategic Plan within his/her functional area and level of responsibility.
• Ensures own, work colleagues' and team members' health and safety, through the appropriate use of the work equipment and through the correct implementation of the role that may be assigned in the emergency response plans.

Training

• MSc in Engineering is a better translation.
• Knowledge of Project Control (planning and economic).
• Technical knowledge to understand Material and Energy Balances, P&ID, PFDs, Lists of equipment and lines, etc...
• Knowledge of IT systems: a) ERP systems, preferably SAP, b) Office de Microsoft, particularlly Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel y Mproject or the like and c)Proccess simulators.

Certifications

• More than 5 years of experience in Oil/Gas Sector.
• Project Management Certification.
• International experience.

Languages

• High level of English (C1)
