Construction Manager

At Reganosa we are immersed in an exciting and challenging moment of transformation and expansion that requires the incorporation of talented people.

Specifically, we are looking for a Construction Manager who wants to join the company and our team in Dakar, Senegal.

Mission:

• Supervision of the EPC contractors works, during construction and commissioning phase of the project, as well as coordination of the interfaces. 

Functions:

• Coordinate de PMC Field Team during the Construction Phase of the Project, being the formal interface with Client and EPC Contractors    
• Verify that the Construction Works are developed in accordance with the applicable Codes, Standards and Specifications    
• Verify EPC Contractors compliance with the construction schedule in accordance with the Contract, manage interfaces  and alert for possible deviations    
• Verify, where required by the Client, the fulfilment of construction milestones related to payments    
• Advise the Client on changes that occur during the development of the construction works    
• Verify that all quality dossiers associated with each item and/or system are completed, made available to the Client and properly filed    
• Facilitate communication between the different parties involved in the project    
• Verify that project risks are identified and monitored

Knowledge:

• More than 15 years of experience in Oil/Gas Sector    
• Experience in PMC  and/or EPC    
• Construction Works Experience    
• Knowledge of Project Control (planning and economic)    
• Knowledge of Construction Works    
• International Experience  

Certifications:

• Degree in Engineering    
• Project/Contract Management Certification

Languages:

• Fluent in English
• Spanish valuable
