Specifically, we are looking for a Shift Supervisor who wants to join the company and our project in Brunsbüttel.

Mission and functions

MISSION

To manage operations and work within the facilities in accordance with approved procedures, ensuring compliance with production schedules safely and under optimal technical, economic, and environmental conditions.

ROLES

  1. To manage and supervise the operations required for the start-up, shutdown, and operation of the Plant, as well as the control of auxiliary system operations, ensuring safety and optimal technical, economic, and environmental conditions.
  2. To direct the work carried out by personnel under their responsibility, optimizing the use of these resources and controlling their presence within the facilities.
  3. To organize and supervise basic maintenance work, operating routines, and periodic testing.
  4. To monitor equipment performance, the condition of the facilities, and the progress of ongoing work, overseeing control panels and other information systems.
  5. To analyze, monitor, and report incidents and recommendations related to plant operations, proposing corrective actions, as well as studying and suggesting operating methods to prevent incidents and anomalies.
  6. To be responsible for Safety during their shift and to carry out the actions and tasks assigned in Emergency Plans, leading the first response team in emergency situations.
  7. To manage the loading and unloading of LNG carriers and their security (ISPS), as well as the loading of tanker trucks.
  8. To prepare reports on completed work and incidents, and to record events occurring during the shift in the “shift logbook.”
  9. To supervise all work at the plant through the work permit system and the completion of tasks.
  10. To perform LM duties.
  11. To carry out the actions and tasks assigned in the Self-Protection Plan and the Port Facility Protection Plan, as well as to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements in accordance with current legislation.
  12. To perform the actions and tasks assigned in Emergency Plans and to participate in specific training courses required for their role at any given time.
  13. To carry out any other functions necessary for the optimal performance of the organization within their scope of responsibility.
